IEEE Conference on Evolving and Adaptive Intelligent Systems

Linz, June 2 - June 4, 2014

Instructions for Authors

All submitted papers must present research advances and should appropriately follow the purpose and topics of the conference. Contributions will be selected based upon their quality as evaluated by the reviewers. An online submission system for contributions will be made available on this webpage in due time.

Regular papers comprise up to 8 pages, short papers should be up to 4 pages long. All contributions have to be prepared according to the IEEE conference style guidelines. Templates following these guidelines can be downloaded from the IEEE website, (use, e.g., bare_conf.tex as an example for LaTeX based contribution).

All contributions finally accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings provided that at least one of the authors has registered in time (see also Registration). Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to Evolving Systems (Springer).

Online Resubmission of Final Papers

Final Papers MUST be submitted by March 29, 2014.

All the papers prepared according to the IEEE conference style guidelines (see above) need to be checked with IEEE PDF eXpress (in order to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs). For this PDF check, you need to follow these instructions.

Once your paper has passed PDF Check, please, submit the PDF as new version: Click “Submit a new version” option on the right-menu in your EasyChair submission (after logging in with your account).

In order to guarantee that your final paper will appear in the conference proceedings, one of the authors needs to sign the electronic IEEE Copyright Form as soon as possible and perform the registration to our conference.
